December, 2007:

Throughout the autumn months we've been working on the stone bridge and entrance at Copper Creek. In additon, we are finishing the first 37 home sites in Phase One.

Once the site was fully graded, road beds were prepared. Their final paving is being done now.

Sewers and underground utilities have been installed and grass has been sown. All of the Phase One lots are now for sale. Visit the site and see why this will be a very special neighborhood.

Spring/Summer Excavation, 2007:

Dirt, dirt and more dirt.
In the spring and summer of 2007, the 58 home sites in Phase One were created. A major task was to provide superior site drainage and properly route the creek under the new bridge near the front entrance of Copper Creek.

The huge culvert, the size of a 6-car garage, was lifted into position in sections with a large crane.

With the culvert in place, earth movers could enter the site and begin the careful task of manicuring home sites and road beds while retaining as much of the original site's character as possible.
