Summer, 2010:
The long Tennessee summer began with the torrential rains of late May. The massive stone bridge at our entrance was filled to the top of the arch during the heaviest downpours. Copper Creek fared better than some areas in the region. None of our homes were damaged.
The grounds soon bloomed giving our construction crews great views from the homes being built. Here, you can see some of our energy efficient features being prepared as walls are constructed, insulation added, and the cement in one of the garages cures.
